VSA Arts of Texas Access Gallery A new Austin gallery promoting the creative power in people with disabilities VSA arts of Texas is pleased to introduce a new art gallery in Austin, Texas dedicated to promoting the creative power in people with disabilities. Access Gallery is located at 3701 Guadalupe, Suite 103, at the corner of Guadalupe and 37th Street. Gallery hours are Wednesdays through Fridays Noon - 6 pm and Saturdays 1 pm - 6 pm.
